Functional group in organic chemistry
Today we will discuss the very important topic on which the whole organic chemistry is based. So lets start... Functional groups are collections of particles that join the carbon skeleton of a natural atom and give explicit properties. Each kind of organic atom has its own particular sort of functional group. Functional groups in biological atoms assume a significant job in the arrangement of particles like DNA, proteins, sugars, and lipids. Functioal groups include: hydroxyl, methyl, carbonyl, carboxyl, amino, phosphate, and sulfhydryl. Friends this is about functional groups. The all given groups in organic chemistry. e.g:- alcohols are based upon -OH groups that makes a long list of molecules. "The function group is characterized as an atoms or group of atoms participated in a particular way, which gives the chemical properties of organic compound.Having similiar functional group have experienced similiar Reactions." Some important function groups...
